This year we will be offering a club creations menu that changes semi-weekly. Check back often to see the weekly offerings!

 

Appetizers

 

BRUSCHETTA CHEESE BREAD – $8

Italian baguette brushed with garlic butter and baked with Mozzarella cheese. Finished with a diced tomato bruschetta topping and Balsamic glaze.

SMOKED WHITEFISH DIP – $10

Smoked Great Lakes whitefish dip accompanied by toasted baguettes and flatbreads.

 

AHI TUNA CANAPES – $12

A seared Ahi tuna lettuce wrap

with jicama citrus slaw.

SOUTH OF THE BORDER

SHRIMP COCKTAIL – $12

Large Cajun grilled shrimp served

in a guacamole filled corn tortilla cup.

CLASSIC CAESAR SALAD

Small – $6       Large – $8

Romaine lettuce tossed in house-made dressing with croutons, shaved parmesan and a lemon wedge. Anchovies upon request.

 

BABY ARUGULA

Small – $7       Large – $9

Baby arugula tossed in a citrus vinaigrette, adorned with Mandarin oranges, red onions, grape tomatoes and shaved parmesan.

 

APPLE SALAD

Small – $8       Large – $12

Romaine, Granny Smith apples,

crispy prosciutto and gorgonzola.

Sandwiches

Includes choice of kettle style chips, French fries, sweet potato fries, or cole slaw.


*MBYC BURGER – $10

Lettuce, tomato, onion and pickle.

 

*SOUTHWEST BURGER- $12

Jalapeno jack cheese, avocado, chipotle mayo and caramelized onions.

 

Substitute a turkey burger, grilled chicken breast or vegetarian black bean burger for any above burger.

 

PRIME RIB WRAP – $12

Chipotle mayo or horsey sauce, Swiss cheese, and caramelized onions rolled in a warm flour tortilla.

CHICKEN BANH MI – $11

6 Oz. chicken breast marinated in Asian BBQ sauce. Char grilled and topped with pickled vegetables and fresh cilantro, on a toasted French baguette. Jalapeno’s on request.

We will feature Chefs’ daily soup du jour and either

Seafood asparagus bisque or New England clam chowder

PORTABELLA PASTA – $14

Cavatapi pasta tossed with sautéed portabella mushrooms, caramelized onions,

parmesan cheese and crispy prosciutto

in a garlic white wine sauce.

SHIITAKE CRUSTED SCALLOPS – $26

Four giant sea scallops encrusted in a shiitake mushroom dust and seared to perfection.

GRILLED THAI CHICKEN – $16

6 OZ. grilled chicken breast served with a

Thai peach curry sauce.

VEAL SCHNITZEL – $21

Twin veal cutlets lightly breaded and sautéed. Presented over crispy spaetzel and garnished with lemon slices.

COULOTTE STEAK – $25

An 8 Oz. special cut sirloin marinated in an

herb pesto then grilled.

Seasoned, hand rubbed, slow roasted prime ribs of beef served with au jus, carved to order. Horseradish sauce available upon request.

Club Favorites

CHICKEN WINGS – $9

Breaded, Spicy breaded, or Spicy Buffalo breaded served with celery sticks and choice of bleu cheese or ranch dip.

CHICKEN TENDERS – $10

Four breaded chicken tenders with French fries. Choice of BBQ, buffalo, ranch or honey mustard.

PERCH – $15

6 ounces of lightly dusted lake fillets served with French fries, tartar sauce and lemon.

WET BURRITO – $13

House braised and shredded beef rolled in a flour tortilla. Topped with homemade picante sauce, cheddar Jack cheese, black bean and corn salsa, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and fried tortilla strips.
