This year we will be offering a club creations entrees that change semi-weekly. Check back often to see the weekly offerings!

 

Appetizers

BRUSCHETTA CHEESEBREAD – $8
Italian baguette brushed with garlic butter and
baked with Mozzarella cheese. Finished with a
diced tomato bruschetta topping and
Balsamic glaze.

HUMMUS PLATTER – $10
Housemade hummus from garbanzo beans
cooked to tender perfection. Blended with
tahini, garlic, and lemon. Choice of
vegetables or flatbreads.

AHI TUNA – $12
Presented with an Asian slaw.
Your choice of ginger teriyaki or a sesame
seed mix & lettuce wrap or crostini

FRIED GREEN TOMATOES- $12
Cornmeal breaded green tomatoes
sprinkled with crumbled goat cheese.
Topped with pickled peaches and sriracha
ranch.

TRUFFLE FRIES- $8
French Fries tossed in Parmesan, rosemary
and white truffle oil.

SHRIMP COCKTAIL – $12
Five large shrimp served with cocktail
sauce and a lemon wedge.

Romaine lettuce tossed in house-made
dressing with croutons, shaved parmesan and

Baby arugula tossed with seedless
watermelon cubes, feta cheese and kalamata
olives. Presented with a red wine vinaigrette.

COBB SALAD

Mixed greens adorned with, hard cooked eggs,
grape tomatoes, bleu cheese crumbles,
bacon, avocado and roasted
black bean and corn relish.

Includes choice of kettle-style chips, French fries, sweet potatoes fries, or chef ‘s special.

Green olive cream cheese, cheddar
cheese, bacon, lettuce, tomatoes

Sauteed wild mushrooms, Swiss cheese,
lettuce, tomato, onion and roasted garlic aioli.

BURGER ALTERNATIVES
Substitute a turkey burger, grilled
chicken breast or vegetarian black bean
burger for any burger.

PRIME RIB WRAP – $12
Swiss cheese, chipotle mayo or horsey sauce,
and caramelized onions.

TURKEY CLUB WRAP – $12
Thin sliced turkey breast, applewood smoked
bacon, lettuce and tomato. Accompanied with
a side of Mayonnaise.

Four breaded chicken tenders with French
fries. Choice of BBQ, buffalo, ranch or honey
mustard.

PERCH – $15
6 ounces of lightly dusted lake fillets served with
French fries, tartar sauce and lemon.

WET BURRITO – $13
House braised and shredded beef rolled in a flour
tortilla. Topped with homemade picante sauce,
cheddar Jack cheese, black bean and corn salsa,
shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and fried tortilla
strips.
