This year we will be offering a club creations entrees that change semi-weekly. Check back often to see the weekly offerings!

 

Appetizers

BRUSCHETTA CHEESEBREAD – $8
Italian baguette brushed with garlic butter and
baked with Mozzarella cheese. Finished with a
diced tomato bruschetta topping and
Balsamic glaze.

EDAMAME HUMMUS PLATTER – $12
Housemade edamame hummus with a citrus twist.
Choice of vegetables or pita flatbreads and
crostinis.

AHI TUNA – $12
Presented with an Asian slaw.
Your choice of ginger teriyaki or a sesame
seed mix & lettuce wrap or crostini

CALAMARI – $10
6 Oz’s of lightly dusted and deep fried calamari
rings tossed in a peppadew vinaigrette.

TRUFFLE FRIES- $8
French Fries tossed in Parmesan, rosemary
and white truffle oil.

Salads

CLASSIC CAESAR SALAD
Small – $6 Large – $8
Romaine lettuce tossed in house-made
dressing with croutons shaved parmesan and
a lemon wedge. Anchovies upon request.

SPINACH SALAD
Small – $8 Large – $12
Baby spinach topped with blueberries, walnuts, feta
cheese, and onions. Presented with a side of
blueberry vinaigrette.

WRAPS
Change a small salad into a wrap.

Sandwiches

Includes choice of kettle-style chips, French fries, sweet potatoes fries, or chef ‘s special.

* MBYC BURGER – $10
Lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle American,
Swiss, cheddar or Jack cheese – $0.50.

* OLIVE BURGER – $12
Green olive cream cheese, cheddar
cheese, bacon, lettuce, tomatoes
and sliced green olives.

BURGER ALTERNATIVES
Substitute a turkey burger, grilled
chicken breast or vegetarian black bean
burger for any burger.

PRIME RIB WRAP – $12
Swiss cheese, chipotle mayo or horsey sauce,
and caramelized onions.

BRISKET SANDWICH – $12
Braised beef brisket, boursin cheese, peppadew
peppers and haystack onions. Served on a
hamburger bun.

WET BURRITO – $13
House braised and shredded beef rolled in a
flour tortilla. Topped with house made picante
sauce, cheddar jack cheese, black bean corn
salsa, shredded lettuce, and diced tomatoes.

Entrees

BUTTERNUT SQUASH RAVIOLI – $20
Five large butternut squash stuffed ravioli sautéed
in white wine beurre blanc. Accompanied by
meatballs made with chicken and caramelized onions.

FISH & CHIPS- $16
Cold water Pollack fillets dipped in our
house beer batter then deep fried. Presented with French Fries.

DUCK BREAST – $24
Seared 6 Oz. maple leaf duck breast bedded
over cranberry chutney. Finished with
chicken demi glace.

NY STRIP – $32
Char grilled center cut Angus New York strip steak
topped with bleu cheese crumbles and beer
battered onion rings.

Seasoned, hand rubbed, slow roasted prime
ribs of beef served with au jus,
carved to order. Horseradish sauce
available upon request.

Flatbread with basil pesto, bruschetta, parmesan
and mozzarella cheeses and grilled shrimp.
Finished with a balsamic drizzle.

CHICKEN WINGS- $9
Breaded, Spicy breaded, or Spicy Buffalo
breaded served with celery sticks and choice
of bleu cheese or ranch dip.

CHICKEN TENDERS – $10
Four breaded chicken tenders with French
fries. Choice of BBQ, buffalo, ranch or honey
mustard.

PERCH – $15
6 ounces of lightly dusted lake fillets served with
French fries, tartar sauce and lemon.

WHITECHICKEN BURRITO ? $14
House made white chicken fajita meat with
roasted red peppers and onions, topped with a
roasted pablano sauce, jalapeno jack cheese,
and pico de gallo.
