This year we will be offering a club creations entrees that change semi-weekly. Check back often to see the weekly offerings!

 

Appetizers

BRUSCHETTA CHEESEBREAD – $8
Italian baguette brushed with garlic butter and
baked with Mozzarella cheese. Finished with a
diced tomato bruschetta topping and Balsamic
glaze.

SPINACH ARTICHOKE DIP – $10
Fresh spinach, artichokes and red peppers
baked in a four cheese cream sauce.
Accompanied by tortilla chips and flatbread.

AHI TUNA – $12
Presented with an Asian slaw.
Your choice of ginger teriyaki or a sesame seed mix & lettuce wrap or crostini

TRUFFLE FRIES- $8
French Fries tossed in Parmesan and white
truffle oil.

SHRIMP COCKTAIL – $12
Five shrimp served with cocktail sauce.
Add to any salad:

Salads

CLASSIC CAESAR SALAD

Romaine lettuce tossed in house-made dressing with
croutons, shaved parmesan, and a lemon wedge.
Anchovies upon request.

BABY KALE SALAD
Small – $8      Large – $12
A gourmet blend of baby kale adorned with crumbled goat cheese,
dried apples, cherries, and chopped pecans. Served with a side of honey mustard.

Wraps
Change a small salad into a wrap and add a side of French
Fries, sweet potato fries, kettle chips or chef ‘s special.
Classic Ceasar Salad – $6.50

Sandwiches

Includes choice of kettle-style chips, French fries, sweet potatoes fries, or chef ‘s special.

Green olive cream cheese, cheddar cheese,
bacon, lettuce, tomatoes and sliced green olives.

BURGER ALTERNATIVES
Substitute a turkey burger, grilled chicken
breast or vegetarian black bean burger for any
above burger.

PRIME RIB WRAP – $12
Chipotle mayo or horsey sauce, Swiss cheese,
and caramelized onions rolled in a warm flour
tortilla.

SOUTHERN STYLE CHICKEN SANDWICH – $12
Grilled chicken breast topped with a lightly breaded fried green tomato, red onion, lettuce and a sriracha ranch sauce.

Sauteed grape tomatoes and fresh asparagus tips
tossed with couscous and a garlic and
white wine beurre blanc. Finished
with crumbled goat cheese.

CALVES LIVER – $18
Sauteed baby calves liver adorned
with sauteed onions and a rasher of
crisp smoked applewood bacon.

GRILLED YELLOW FIN TUNA STEAK – $28
An 7 ounce grilled tuna steak basted with honey
soy glaze. Nested on a bed of tri-colored Asian rice
blend enhanced with wasabi cream sauce.

* FILET MIGNON – $30
An 8 Ounce center cut char-grilled Black Angus
tenderloin filet presented with bearnaise sauce.

ribs of beef served with au jus, carved to

Flat bread with basil pesto, bruschetta, grilled shrimp, and a Parmesan
Mozzarella blend. Finished with a balsamic drizzle.

Club Favorites

CHICKEN WINGS- $9
Breaded, Spicy breaded, or Spicy Buffalo
breaded served with celery sticks and choice
of bleu cheese or ranch dip.

CHICKEN TENDERS – $10
Four breaded chicken tenders with French
fries. Choice of BBQ, buffalo, ranch or honey
mustard.

PERCH – $15
6 ounces of lightly dusted lake fillets served with
French fries, tartar sauce and lemon.

WET BURRITO – $13
House braised and shredded beef rolled in a flour
tortilla. Topped with homemade picante sauce,
cheddar Jack cheese, black bean and corn salsa,
shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and fried tortilla
strips.
