Saturday, August 24th the Macatawa Bay Yacht Club will be holding its Annual Commodores Ball. Cocktails will be served at six-thirty with Dinner at seven. Below are the entree choices. When you call with your reservation please have your choices already selected. $60 per person (plus tax & gratuity)

Passed Appetizers: Bacon and almond crostinis and Brie, pear and almond princess pouches.
Salad: Boston Bibb Lettuce with gorgonzola sprinkles, dried cranberries and raspberry walnut vinaigrette.
Beef Tournedos: 8oz filet mignon on a large crouton topped with foie gras and port demiglace. Accompanied with asparagus and butter and parsley purple potatoes.
Grouper: a fillet with marinated tomato topping and fresh basil. Presented atop a bed of black Chinese rice and sided by asparagus.
Vegan Braised Lobster and Portobello Mushroom: Braised lobster mushrooms stacked upon a portobello steak with green beans, potato puree and finished with a fresh herb chimichurri.
Dessert: Zebra striped cheesecake with a raspberry coulis
