Soup & Salad

Baby Arugula gently tossed in a house made citrus vinnegrette, shaved fennel, red onion and mandarin oranges.

Gazpacho soup

Entrees

Seared halibut filet accompanied with grilled asparagus and fingerling potatoes. Finished with a tomato jam.

 

Roasted airline chicken breast atop a bed of fruit enhanced wild rice and broccolini.

 

New Zealand rack of lamb coated in Dijon and an herb panko crust presented with a demi-glace, grilled asparagus and a parsnip puree.

 

Dessert

A chocolate cake that cannot be beet!
