Burning of the Socks

This annual event, which is open to all, takes place on the front lawn to celebrate the end of winter.  Our tradition is to bring a pair of socks from the winter and throw them into the fire-pit. You are encouraged to write a poem (doggerel .. really bad poetry) to read while burning the socks.

MBJYC Hobo Bonfire

Have a great evening mingling with other families. A fire-pit will be available on the East lawn for making Smores’. There is no charge for this MBJYC event.

Memorial Offshore Regatta

On May 26th will be the Memorial Offshore Regatta for PHRF, VX One, and S2 7.9’s. If you want to join Click here to go to Yacht scoring for the NOR and enter the event. We have a couple members signed up for this event already and would love more if you can enter.
