I have crewed in several races up in Muskegon. Outside of that I have been practicing with day sailing from time-to-time on smaller boats.
I am familiar with some of the sailing terminology and safety procedures while manning the lines and other positions of a vessel.
I am looking forward to learning more!

10 years experience. I am a member of the Little Traverse Yacht Club and am interesting in crewing. I grew up sailing and have a wide range of experience. I've completed 5 Chicago to Mackinac's and 1 Bayview to Mackinac all on different J/105's. I've also raced on J/70s, J/111's, Farr 40s, and Beneteau 36.7's in buoy races to name a few types of boats. This summer I am racing in Chicago on a J/105 for the colors regatta, Sailing World, Chicago to Waukegan, Chicago to Mackinac, Michigan Tri State, and the Verve. I am interested in racing on the weekends I am not in Chicago as well as Wednesday races. This spring I completed an offshore sailboat return from Isla Mujeres Mexico to Tampa Florida.
