USCG INSPECTIONS Information coming for 2026
The Cruising Fleet Committee offers free courtesy safety inspections each summer.
Tom Derden, a certified US Power Squadron inspector and MBYC Member, will be offering courtesy boat inspections. There is no penalty for those failing to pass, and those who do pass the inspection receive a sticker to place on their boat. This sticker might prevent your boat from being randomly stopped for another inspection while you're enjoying time on the water.
