 Main Dining Room 180 people or lessWe have a beautiful main dining room that can seat 180 and looks out onto Macatawa Bay. Great service from our wonderful staff paired with the glorious view of the water, including passing ships of all kinds, make any event beautiful and relaxing. This setting is beautiful for weddings, anniversaries, birthday parties or any other reason to hold an event in a beautiful venue. Alongside the main dining room is a large bar area with additional windows with a view of the bay. The bar area has several high-top tables plus both a walk-up area and chairs at the bar. There is a room charge of $1,000 dollars to for members to hold an event in the main dining room plus a food minimum. For member sponsored events there is a $4,000 room charge plus a food minimum. All events must be sponsored by a member of MBYC with a current account. |  Commodore's Room 50 people or lessRent the upstairs Commodore's Room for a view overlooking the bay. The Commodore's Room is an ideal space for smaller events such as business meetings, birthday parties and rehearsal dinners. The windows of the Commodore's Room look out onto the Skippers Deck; a porch with chairs to enjoy the day overlooking Lake Macatawa. When renting the Commodore's Room you are renting only that room so others may be using the Skippers Deck as well. There is a room charge of $500 dollars for members who hold an event in the Commodore Room plus a food minimum. Member-sponsored events have a room charge of $2,000 plus a food minimum. All events must be sponsored by a member of MBYC with a current account. |
